Walker Metalsmiths 

Walker Metalsmiths is a family run business established in 1984 by founders Stephen and Susan Walker. Stephen Walker is the designer and master craftsman, while his wife Susan is his muse and business manager. Walker Metalsmiths has been a leader in Celtic Wedding Rings and Celtic Crosses and offer a wide variety of other celtic designs in gold, silver and platinum. The originial workshop and showroom is in the Walker's hometown of Andover, NY (about 90 miles south of Rochester).

Walker's Celtic Jewelry

The Walkers have strived to treat Celtic design as a living tradition and are proud to continue that tradition as another generation enters the family business. In June 2007, eldest Walker son, Andrew, opened "Walker's Celtic Jewelry" on Park Ave in Rochester, NY. In June 2009, Walker's Celtic Jewelry was moved to a bigger location at 140 Packets Landing in Fairport, NY. Second eldest, Jeanne Walker Todd, took over management of the Fairport store, while Andrew returned to school.

Walker's Celtic Jewelry features the original Celtic designs of Stephen Walker, as well as the work of other leading Celtic craftsmen from around the world.

Our Websites

Walker Metalsmiths has three websites, each of which originally served a different purpose but now have become somewhat overlapping.

www.celtarts.com is the orginal domain that was established in 1996. This site contains many articles by Stephen Walker that discuss the history and symbolism of celtic art as well as the history of Walker Metalsmiths. While this site often comes up on search engines, sales of Walker Metalsmiths' Jewelry has been moved to www.walkermetalsmiths.com, which is a more up to date and user friendly shopping site. www.walkerscelticjewelry.com was established for the Fairport store.
