This custom 14K yellow gold heart frame pendant is filled with a mix of 14K gold charms: Celtic trinity knots, oak leaves, a shamrock, wire, and beading details; all in either yellow, rose, or white gold. Each detail is hand placed to help accent the 1.27CT sapphire set at the center of this heart. This pendant comes with an 18" light curb chain.
