Walker's Guarantee

Our Guarantee

Walker Metalsmiths guarantees all new jewelry created in our studio for one year from date of purchase. Repairs covered under our warranty or guarantee within the year from date of purchase will be provided by a Walker Metalsmith’s trained jeweler without any additional charge to the customer. Repairs not covered by this guarantee or repairs needed after one year from date of purchase may carry an additional cost to the customer. Any repair cost will be agreed upon before repairs are performed.

Any repair made to Walker Metalsmith’s jewelry by another jeweler at the request of the customer voids this guarantee and any expense associate with said repair is the responsibility of the customer.

This guarantee includes:

• side or halo stones in rings lost due to defect
• checking prongs
• cleaning or polishing due to normal wear
• repair to chains or bales damaged due to normal wear
• defects due to manufacture

This guarantee does not include:

• damage due to wear during excess physical activity (including sports, construction or gardening, using caustic chemicals, and swimming in chlorinated pools)
• damaged to the center stone (including chips, discoloration, or scuffing)
• Any damage resulting from abusive wear.
• Accidental loss of jewelry (we do recommend that you insure your fine jewelry for the appropriate value through a verified insurance agent)
