Returns and Exchanges

Returns:
For regular items if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it in new condition within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price less shipping charge.  If a return will bring your order under the minimum required for free shipping, $10.00 will be deducted from the refund.  Special/custom orders (including personalized items and items we do not list regularly on our website) are not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Exchanges:
Exchanges may be made for 30 days from purchase for items in new condition.  The customer pays shipping to us and we pay Domestic First Class shipping back to the customer or gift recipient for the first exchange. Any International shipping  charges on exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges are not shipped until return is received. Exception for ring sizing given below. 

We apologize if the item you receive is defective or damaged. Send it in to us immediately for an exchange or return.

Ring sizing:
Free ring sizing within 90 days of purchase.  Customer pays shipping to us and we pay Domestic First Class shipping back to the customer or gift recipient for the first time. Express shipping or International shipping is available for an additional charge. Shipping will be charged after the first sizing.  If rings are in new condition they may be exchanged rather than enlarged or cut down. Gold or platinum rings that cross into higher or lower priced size ranges will be charged or refunded the difference in price.  ***Free resizing is NOT available for discontinued or sale rings***

What We Need From You:
A note enclosed with the returned item that includes:
-your name & address 
-phone number  or email for questions
-explain what you want us to do (Exchange or refund).
-it is preferable if you return a copy of the invoice sent with the order
In case the item was a gift or the invoice has been lost please state who purchased it and approximately when. Feel free to call if you have questions (800.488.6347). Help us to serve you efficiently by including a simple note if you need to return  or exchange something.

 

Shipping to Walker Metalsmiths:
Post Office, UPS or Federal Express shipments are all OK. The Post Office does not automatically insure packages, so uninsured packages are shipped at your own risk. Please pack carefully. Jewelry can be bent and envelopes can tear out if they are not padded. Boxes are best for shipping. Padded envelopes are good as well. Do not use plain paper envelopes.
